How to uninstall 纳米AI on Mac

If you have used 纳米AI, save wanted generated documents and record local prompts and third-party model connection settings privately before quitting. Keep those copies outside sync and all removal folders; no specific Mac export menu is established by the recorded test. The recorded case extracted only the package payload and did not run its installer or sign in, so it cannot identify which data a normal installed copy stores. Do not remove a 360-wide parent folder.

The recorded test used the official Mac package.

    Remove the app

Quit NAMIAI if running and move NAMIAI.app from Applications to Trash. If your actual installation included a background component, inspect System Settings › General › Login Items & Extensions and the vendor’s instructions before treating that component as an app remnant. Use the vendor-provided installed-app controls for any background item rather than an unverified cleanup script.

    Review local data

The path below was observed in the recorded test. In Finder, use Go › Go to Folder to inspect it. Do not remove its parent directory or another product’s data.

    Location Decision
~/Library/Application Support/namiai 36 MB support folder appeared as a review row, but sizing was still pending and it was not in the removal plan. Inspect local data before selecting.
~/Library/Caches/namiai The exact cache path recorded in the test; do not confuse it with support data.
~/Library/Preferences/net.qihoo.namiai.plist Inspect this exact bundle-ID preference path if it exists and belongs to this installed copy.

After quitting all app copies, copy the whole existing confirmed own folders and wanted preference files in the table to an independent private backup outside sync and all removal folders and verify the copies. Open each location in Finder and move only confirmed unwanted app-owned items to the Trash. Keep shared parents and any other installed owner’s data; retain an alternate-ID container if its ownership cannot be confirmed.

The tested package uses bundle ID net.qihoo.namiai. Review only files that actually appear on this Mac. A missing path needs no cleanup.

    Vendor documentation

    Check what remains

Run these read-only commands after quitting the app:

    pgrep -il 'NAMIAI|纳米AI'
    ls -d "$HOME/Library/Application Support/namiai"

No process output means this process-name pattern did not match; also inspect Activity Monitor for confirmed app processes, and do not treat it as proof every helper is gone. A listed process needs its owner checked. If ls prints the path, that item remains and needs review. “No such file or directory” means this path is absent; a permission error means its state was not established.

    What Mole lists

Mole selects the namiai cache by default when it finds it. With Remove data and settings with apps off, the listed own Application Support/namiai review row starts unchecked; with it on, an eligible existing unshared row may start checked. Back up wanted state and uncheck it to retain it; the shared 360 parent is not claimed.

    What this test covered

On September 20, 2026, the official package payload was extracted without running its postinstall. Mole removed an 18.8 MB namiai cache. The 36 MB support folder remained because sizing was pending, so this was partial removal. No signed-in use or normal installer behaviour was verified.

If Mac apps leave files behind after uninstalling, try Mole. I've personally tested and inspected 799 Mac apps.
